Our weekend at the Palace Hotel was like stepping back in time to the Victorian era. the beautifully furnished rooms with antique furnishings and modern amenities provided the perfect blend of old-world charm and comfort. Being an avid marathon runner, the hotel's location right in the heart of Port Townsend allowed us to explore the town on foot, discovering quaint shops, galleries, and parks at every turn. the housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring our room was always pristine and inviting. As a dog lover, it was heartwarming to see well-behaved furry friends throughout the hotel, and the availability of local dog-walking and dog-sitting services was a thoughtful touch. the pet-friendly amenities made us feel right at home, even though we didn't bring our own pets on this trip. Overall, the Palace Hotel offers a delightful blend of history, modern comfort, and personalized service that sets it apart as a unique boutique hotel experience. I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a charming retreat in the heart of Port Townsend.
